Absolutely phenomenal! Every person in my family received one for Christmas! This particular package comes with the incense cones allowing the gift receiver to use the gift immediately. Packaged and delivered safely. It comes just as described in the advertisement. My favorite incense burner out of the many I purchased as gifts would have to be the Magic Waterfall Aromatherapy Incense Burner. It is beautifully detailed and intricate. This actually worked as it is shown in the photos if you follow the instructions. The unit itself is a good decorative piece but with incense buds waterfall effect it looks amazing. I have put it up high on a raised platform so smoke doesn't get carried away and gives a perfect waterfall effect. Came with lots of colorful incense buds, so I don’t think I’ll be running out anytime soon. A nice addition to my diffuser collection. Can’t wait to buy more!

The item was properly packaged. Shipping was fast, so I was very delighted about that. All items were properly packaged and nothing was damaged. The incense cones smell nice and last about 15 minutes of burn time per cone. The incense took a bit to get started, but once it burned a bit it worked great. The aroma is what you would typically expect from an incense - amazing!

This is very cool to watch, the smoke looks like a river flowing down the hand and into a "pool" at the bottom. I've already bought a second one for a friend's birthday. The incense provided just smells so good. I can’t believe how beautifully it is designed, I would have paid well over $40 for such a well crafted Zen diffuser. Would recommend and would buy it again!

I got this as a gift for a friend of mine. As soon as she opened it she was so excited and we burned a cone right away. She LOVED it. I love that it has a rod holder too. So so cute. It's small which is perfect since she's in college and always moving and may not always have a ton of space. It's the perfect size for her. The backflow did work well, but obviously the less airflow the better so it may be hard for some people. We had to close vents to make it work all the way to the last puddle, but it did work. She loved it and I am so happy I went with this product.

I'm addicted to incense & have collected a number of burners. When I saw this backflow burner I was fascinated. The one I ordered was just as it was pictured and it worked magically as the scented smoke cascaded down through the holes. I could watch it for hours. I think I'm going to need another one of these to put on my dresser.

Such a beautiful, very well priced gift. I absolutely love mine. It’s mesmerizing to watch the smoke fall and soon enough it’ll create a calming pool of smoke at the bottom! Nice packaging. It's beautiful & comes with many different scented cones. I've shared the link to a few friends & they say they will be ordering one for themselves.
